昨天在网上交流的时候有TX说遇到过1100表格未成功提交的问题，今天我查了下发现遭遇了同样的情况。
如果州移民部没有把表格成功提交的话是不会被优先处理的，即使当时接到通知说48小时内会提交。
所以建议和我一样还在苦等的TX，赶紧查一查，如果没有的话要赶紧联系重发，以免被耽误了还不知道。

2月11日eLodge之后就通知了ACT，2月14日星期一ACT回信说已经把1100发到Adelaide.
还需要向移民局确认他们是否收到吗？

楼主所说属实，俺就是这样的，所以，先发邮件问移民局是否收到，如果没有，要联系所申请州的担保官员，要打电话，如果他们说已经交了，再向移民局证实。
俺打了好多电话和发了好多邮件给移民局。

很早的时候问过中介说做过了
我也不太确认
哎

找中介还是不稳妥啊
anyway 假设你是1.21 VIC给发了1100 那么我2.14那边收到就算比你晚三周吧

I can confirm that your visa application has been assigned to a case officer.
A preliminary assessment will be conducted on your visa application to determine if any further documentation is required. Once this assessment has been completed your case officer may contact you if they require any additional documents. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

这说明已经有case officer开始处理你的application. 就是看看你的材料全不全。如果全的，基本就可以批了。不全的话，case officer会列一张清单让你补材料。

我要补health check, no criminal convection check and birth certificate. 但是她没有叫我填form 80。为啥有的人要填啊？

系统里面状态没有变，仍然是Processing Commenced.
我现在无法确认CO已经开始处理了，只有耐心等待了
