EA收到材料的确认信问题，help!

今天打开邮箱收到了EA的来信，说材料已经收到了。
但是因为当时用的老婆的信用卡帐号，信中的意思好像是要什么授权，有人清楚应该怎么弄么？

Dear Sir,

We have received your application for assessment upon processing the payment fee the amount was not entered.
Please advise the credit card holder xxx that I require their authorisation for the CDR amount as I have no entry of the amount I need to process.
Please advise when this authorisation will be received as your application has been placed on hold until this has been received.

重填 CDR 申请表。尤其注意第一页最后一部分关于 method of payment. 让你LP 签名。

然后把重填后的申请表扫描并 email 给 EA。同是问他们是否要原件。如果要，则把文件寄到EA

当时在card holder name以及card holder signature 一栏都是让我老婆签字的，笔迹可以看得出来，
但是在"Amount AUS“一栏，因为当时赶时间也不清楚什么意思就没填，难道是这个原因？

当然是这个问题，原信中“upon processing the payment fee the amount was not entered.”就是说你没有填数目。

但这个amount不应该就是评估费用的500AUD么，难道还需要我再填一遍？

6楼一语惊醒梦中人，从来没注意过这个细节问题，今天赶紧重写一份发份email过去，实在不行就重递份DHL。
现在应该是500 AUS了吧。

把重新填写的申请表扫描过去了，对方也回信说没问题了，
但是一周过去了，信用卡没有扣款记录，什么情况！
