急问！我将如何查询我的申请状态呢？

我已寄出176纸签申请一个多月了，至今我未收到因何来自移民局的申请信息；三天前，我通过网址http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm询问：Have you received my application?Have you received my documents?What is the status of my application?Please supply my TRN, file number or client ID；

今天我收到回复We regret to advise that the email address you have used for this online
enquiry is not recorded as authorised to receive communications relating
to this General Skilled Migration application so by law we are unable to
provide any specific information.

我想请问各位前辈，这个an authorised emeil address是哪个邮址，我的顾问填表时，填了两个邮箱地址，一个我的现在用的，另一个是顾问的；我下一步该怎么办？在此我恳求各位帮我出出主意，我真不知该怎么办了。先谢谢各位了。
