清华认证申请表格上面除了要填写邮寄的通讯地址Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre，GPO Box 1638 ，Adelaide SA 5001，AUSTRALIA 收件人该怎么填写？是写发补料信的移民局官员吗？麻烦回复谢谢。
