是分VO了还是没分？

刚发了一封信询问自己的状况，得到的回复是大部分还是以前的官方的内容，按照担保的，然后是CSL等来分VO。但是信里面多出来一段话是以前查询中没有的（如下），这说明分了VO了，还是也是官方统一的言辞呢？
