Thank you for your email.

As of 1 January all applications on hand will be processed in order of
priority as per the S499 direction announced by the Minister.
Applications that fall within the categories mentioned will then be
processed in date of lodgement order.

The new priority processing Direction gives priority to applications in the
following order:

1.        employer sponsorship
2.        State or Territory Sponsorship
3.        an occupation on the CSL
4.        Business Skills
5.        an occupation on the MODL
6.        All other applications

Any further updates to our new processing priorities will be posted on the
DIAC website which we encourage you to  review on a regular basis.

那句话的意思是----在各类优先级别的范围内,按照申请时间的先后顺序来处理.

等于啥都没说,个人认为.

是不是说这些优先的类别还是按照递交时间顺序来审理的？也就是说在同时间递交基础之下的优先？

1:所有落到“优先处理类别”的案子都按照递交日期来处理。
有一个不确定: 在3类优先处理的类别内部,是否也有更优先处理的?没有说明.
但是有一点很肯定,"非优先处理类别"暂时应该要等待.
2:完全没有提到是否以91为分水岭,强调"all applications on hand "(所有在处理的CASES)
都会按照新政来处理.
这里也有一个疑问,91以前的案子如何处理?
另外,移民局强调过:"已经快审理结束"的案子将尽快处理完成.
从这里了解,我推测91前的案子该如何处理应该取决于还剩多少CASES,以及剩余的CASES处理的程度.如果来稀稀拉拉剩余几个,那肯定是处理完了再说,反正也用不了多少资源。但是如果还剩余比较多的申请,比如有万把2万的申请,那估计就......麻烦了.
