在这里首先感谢Hao.Deng的在线申请成功的贴子，因为我在25号晚上申请过，当时不知道是不是网络太慢原因，上传文件没成功，看了他的帖子后刚才又再次申请成功了。
他的帖子里比较清楚地讲到了如何申请，贴子链接：

我这里主要讲一些，我认为需要注意的地方及我的申请过程。

申请时有一个非常需要注意的地方，就是每添加一个附件，要点击“attach”，将添加的附件先上传上去，附件上传完了，attach变成detach。
上传成功后的状态

准备上下一个附件的状态

我用winrar压缩为.zip格式的文件，压缩文件最大的有2.6M。
注意，必须是每添加一个附件，点击附件后面的“attach”按钮上传。如果不是每个附件单独的上传，则会在上传一个附件时，其他增加的附件的信息要重新填写。
上传附件的时间可能根据文件大小的不同有而区别，通常速度比较慢，请耐心等等。

经过40多分钟的耐心填写与上传，终于在线提交完成ACS相关资料，得到的RN:352XXX。
2008/12/29 00:20~01:00，1点完成提交，1分钟后收到查询密码。
Thank you for your application. Your application has been submitted with reference number 352XXX.

我用的民生银行信用卡支付，也不知道是否能支付成功。期望早上起来就收到扣款信息。

We urge all applicants to avoid contacting us unless absolutely necessary as this only serves to delay the application processing. You can track the progress of your application through our web site at http://www.acs.org.au/skillsapp/index.asp, using your application reference number above as your user identification and ACS7XXXXX as your password. (Please note this is case sensitive, so enter them exactly as shown).
This notification may also be used as confirmation to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) that you have lodged an application with the ACS.
The assessment takes approximately 12 weeks to complete and should we in the meantime require additional information you shall be contacted.

前几天有人发贴，不是说ACS回复说，即使是电子申请，也要把材料寄过去吗？！

按ACS网站上的说法,要不就online要不就快递,如果你提供的资料都齐全的话应该不用再另外DHL过去吧.

材料还是要另外寄的，只是先得到RN，其他的应该没区别。还有网上可以支付，我的信用卡金额被冻结了，还未支付。

This service is quicker as your application is ready for processing as soon as you PROVIDE the completed application and certified documents to the ACS.

请注意,ONLINE申请就是为了提高效率, 所有的文件都是ONLINE ATTACH. 这里的PROVIDE指的就是ONLINE ATTACH. 当然了，如果你没能ONLINE ATTACH, 就需要邮寄, 否则,不需要邮寄.

我发邮件给ACS咨询过，明确说要寄纸质的材料。

我看这句话的意思是，这个服务比较快的，你的申请准备处理中，只要收到你的证明材料。

You will need to send in a copy of the application form that you completed and the relevant certified documentation to support your application payment has already been received so you do not need to provide this again, once we get your documents your file will be allocated to a case officer.

但是在线完成Application Form的地方没有打印Form的结果，我的款也扣了，如何提交"the relevant certified documentation to support your application payment has already been received"?银行帐单？

这句话，感觉有些矛盾的地方。
你将需要送你已经完成的申请表与相关证明你支付申请费用已经被收到的复印件，所以你不需要再次提供它们。前后似乎是矛盾的，前半句说要提供，后半句又说不用提供？

是啊，奇怪的地方就在这里，感觉前面是照抄的规定，后面半句话是给我的答案。照理说在线填了Application Form就应该不用再让我交了。
TO rich：你DHL寄材料的时候又给了一次Form吗？

应该是要求把online submite的form print出来寄给他们吧.
感觉他们的界面还不太完善,不能保存之后继续填写, 要一直填下来.
