辞职感言
上班十年了，还是第一次写辞职信。离预期的日子越来越近，不想写也要写了。仔细想来，我经历的很多事，都是在被逼无奈的情况下完成的。主动选择的案例少之又少，但现在要主动辞工了，却又不知道如何谈起。
自己很忠诚于雇主。11年来，我仅换了一次工作。第一次辞工是在7年前，那家公司由于种种原因被注销了，大部分同事去了新组建的集团公司。我选择了辞职考研，未遂，就到了这家公司。坦率地说，在这家公司除了收入之外，令人满意的地方少之又少。虽然是家改制而成的股份公司，但官僚多是从老板原来待过的研究所带来的，官僚主义盛行。在本公司吃得开的员工主要是两种：官员子弟和善于察觉领导心思的人精。前者有着形形色色千丝万缕的关系网络，部分程度上决定着公司的市场。后者善于察言观色，曲意逢迎，老板特别喜欢这样的“顺民”。当然这两种人加在一起也就占了30％，剩下的还有一部分游击队，今年来，明年走那种，约占30％，这部分人大概是看中了公司的牌子，合同一结束就换家更有名气的公司，其中有很多有真本事的人，有些已经成了华为或者中兴公司的研发骨干。但是再牛的人，也需要个桥不是？我属于剩下的40％，公司的活是一定要有人干的，不然就没有效益。
回想自己在公司的经历，不能简单的归结于成功或者失败。就技术水平而言，在第一家公司做系统集成方面的工作，网络和平台是比较熟悉的两块。现在那些工作离我渐行渐远，由于是做售后工作，我对从供电、线缆、操作系统、网络、数据库、应用软件、监控、通信等诸多系统都掌握了一点，但没有一项属于精通的那种。这也是最大的悲哀。原曾想可以考个CISSP\CISA什么的，看了半年的书，最后又搁浅了，主要是自己英文实在有限，即使考过证书，也很难在澳洲找到这方面的工作。工资还和进公司时的一样，七年里经历了一次降薪和两次加薪，薪水竟然没有变化，不知道是不是上帝开的玩笑。工资虽然没长，但老板却在别的方面给了我补偿，对一些小事也很关心。一方面是他的确了解到了我的业绩和能力，算作对我的一种认可。另一方面当然也和自己的努力分不开了。被委屈降薪而不辞职走人，并且加倍努力工作，不提报酬，我这样的员工应该属于老板喜欢的那种吧。他的一些关怀常常令我感动，现在突然感觉他的驭人之术实在高明的很！
被降薪的理由实在可笑。可笑的一方面是我，进公司三个月两次顶撞领导，被批为工作态度不好。一次是下班之后我在办公室学英语被他抓了小辫子，另一次是小组长工作安排的明显不合理，别人都装傻，唯独我敢于直言，跟他接下了梁子。其次可笑是他自己，他其实也明白别人都在糊弄他，奉承他，但他已经乐于被下级哄骗。呵呵，转正顶级，我连降三级。当时小组长是想开除我的，无奈他的权限还没有达到可以随便开除我的程度。后来这小子又设计让我得罪了老板。把我调出了那个小组。
工作努力、业绩不错的我却被降级使用，我心里的委屈不知道向谁诉说。也就是从那时候起，我坚定了自己出国的信心。山东人特有的倔强使我坚持下来，更加努力的工作，我默默的告诉自己，坚决不当逃兵。另一方面，我要做出成绩，让老板知道那小子的愚昧和邪恶，让他自己感觉到自己做出了不公平的决定，损害了我的利益。在这方面我成功了。两年后小组长被调离，我也两次加薪。也顺利的拿到了签证。技术上已经是骨干了。
合同不到期，现在要走了，真的不知道在辞职信里说什么好？说说自己的际遇？说说自己的未来？抑或说一堆无关痛痒的废话？

It is the first time to resign in the last decade. It is a must because the due date is coming. Many things I have done were forced to do. I do know little how to do things forwardly even for the voluntary demission.
I am very loyal to my employer. Sever years ago I left the original company that was canceled for some reasons. Most of staff went to the new group company while I decided to prepare the graduate entrance examination and failed finallly then to the present one. Frankly, it is not a satisfying company except of its income. It is s stock limited corporation from the old SOE(state owned enterprise) inheriting much China bureaucracy. Many managers are carried by the board chairman from his institue. Two kinds of people are in advantageous position including officals's junior and ghost who are good at communication with the upper class. The offical juniors can bring some contracts through their countless ties while the ghosts are good at meeting bosses' needs. They are added up to 30 percent while another 30 precent are 'partisen' that change their job very frequently. They take a fancy to the corperation's brand so they leave the company immediately after their contract. Some of them are really skilled guys and they take great achievements in their new career. I am belonging to the left group that take the much charge of work in the company for living.
It could not be easiliy concluded success or failure simplely in the company. As for technical capability, I mainly did some SI(system interated) working in terms of networking and platform. Nowadays such works are increasingly far from me while I am familar with UPS power system,cabling,OS,networking,database,Application softwares. But I master neither of them,which is the biggest sadness for me. I ever thought I could have a CISSP\CISA certificate,however,I rejected that after half a year's study. My english is too limited to get such a job that english is widely used here and there. My salary is the same amount as the first month I engaged in the company. It must be a joke god makes on me.  The salary is not added but the boss do others to compensate my loss. Maybe he knows I work hard or maybe he recognises my contribution. He treats me very well in some aspects. I did much solid work under high pressure ignoring of salary. Maybe I am the favorite employee for all employers under the sky. I am easily moved by what he does for me. At this moments I know how versed he is in managing his staff.
The reason to lower my salary is very ridiculous. For me I contradicted some leaders twice in the first 3 months(I am stupidly silly)so I was criticised in labour attitude. One is I learn english at offduty time in the office and the other is arguement with him for jobs. Here we are taught to obey the upper class no matter he is a dog or pig. They hate to hear different ideas.
Great achievement based on hard working were degrade to use while I could not complain because it can be defined new proofs for my bad attitude. I made up my mind to going abroad from then on. Special stubborness made us stay here to prove myself with struggling on work. I told myslef never say die. On the other hand, I must let the boss how the bad guy blindness and improbity is like. And let him know he make mistakes and damage me. Finally I succeed. The manager was moved to another department and I got raises. More importantly,I get my PR visa and I am the key member in the department
I am going to leave while the the contract is here. I need the boss's help. I do not know what I should say in the letter to resign,say fortune,future,or nonsense words?
