健康生活是现代人追求的目标，很多人吃低盐、低糖、低脂、低胆固醇的食物，还定期运动，维持体重，或者服用营养品，就是想让自己更健康长寿。但很多人不知道的是，一些生活的小习惯，或觉得无害身体是一些惯例，都可能造成身体上的损害。
据福克斯新闻网报导，以下5个很多人几乎天天在做的事，不利于身体健康，可尽量避免。
1. 早上7点刚吃过早餐就刷牙
纽约大学牙科院的马克?沃尔夫表示，吃酸性食物，特别是水果和果汁后，刷牙会损害牙齿外层的釉质，并可能导致牙齿变色，或牙齿之间会产生裂缝。
早餐后，漱口水，等待40分钟后，让你口中唾液里的钙固化你的牙齿，然后再刷牙。

2. 上午8点半上班驾车时开着车窗
南加州大学环境健康研究员斯科特?弗瑞说，高速公路上的空气污染是郊区的10倍。柴油机废气可能会引发头痛、癌症和心脏疾病。
上班驾车路上，关闭车窗，然后按仪表板空调上的“RECIRC”按钮。弗瑞的研究发现，这样做可以减少暴露在颗粒物污染4倍的机率。
3. 下午1点用微波炉加热塑料饭盒中的午餐
不含双酚A的塑料？那比较好，但并不是最好。据美国国立卫生研究院主任杰曼?巴克?路易斯介绍，邻苯二甲酸盐仍然会渗入你的食物，有可能损害精子和改变荷尔蒙。
建议使用玻璃器皿：在办公室用玻璃器皿加热食物，或在家里加热食物后，放在一个不锈钢保温瓶保温，在办公室直接吃。
此外，冷冻的食品可以避免暴饮暴食，控制身体纳入的热量。那些最佳的冷冻食品往往都含有丰富的蛋白质和纤维，实际上味道也不错。
