之前有发邮件给移民局询问,但无回复.因为看了规定1.5C(1)里是适用于在2012.7.1后LODGE的签证类型,在获得签证邀前competent雅子成绩有效期为三年,但是原文里未提到说这个雅子成绩在2012.7.1前取得的是否也遵循此规则.
很矛盾啊,因为隔壁论坛有有中介说三年有效期只针对2012.7.1后取得成绩.但官方规定里未对此项作明确解释,只说2012.7.1后取得签证邀请前的雅思有效期为三年,未写明2012.7.1前取得的雅雅思成绩是否也适用此政策.
有TX能帮助解答么.谢谢

it applies to all the applicants(885, 886, 189, 190 ...) with a Competent English after 2012-07-01

刚又仔细阅读了一下,
with competent English after 2012.7.1还是不能表示这个成绩是2012.7.1前取得还是之后取得的.
因为对于前面规定的189,190签证类型只有2012年7/1后提交,所以该句内容指的只是2012年7月1日后提交的签证适用该规定.还是没有对什么时候取得的成绩作出说明.
很疑惑,不知哪位TX可以给出正解.

as long as your lodgement is after 2012-07-01

the ielts valid time would be 3 years, no matter when did you sit for the exam

the point is your lodgement time rather than your exam time

new definition of Competent English was commencing after 2012-07-01

which means, it is applied to visa lodgement (885, 886, 189, 190 ...) after 2012-07-01

if you lodged a visa before 2012-07-01, Competent English would be valid for 2 years

if you lodged a visa after 2012-07-01, Competent English would be valid for 3 years

看来无论何时取得的雅思成绩只要是2012.7.1以后EOI新政后的申请,雅思有效期都是3年.谢谢.
