请教关于澳洲买房子时房价的PLUS

我对澳洲买房买地一窍不通，只能求助各位。我看中一个农村物业，对方要价90万PLUS，我写信给中介，他说这个PLUS一般是加价10%，说我出100万就成交
按澳洲目前的行情，怎么出价好呢？谢谢

多看看周边行情，按照自己心理价位出价吧

这个+ 说白了就是人多起哄的时候你加2，3层都未必能成功。。。冷清的话不加也可能卖给你

After the inspection, agent will ask your opinions on the property. Tell them you like it if you do, but tell them the price is out of your budget. If there is no other bidders, they will ask you about your budget. Then, tell them the number about $40000-50000 below the price they asked for. If they see some room to negotiate, they will definately contact you. If not, that means they have competitive bidders. In that case, you really have to think about what you really can afford, whatever you bid, never let that be over that number. Otherwise, it will be out of control. Good luck!
