求助帮忙看一下是否是海外学历认证的信息

Australian Skills Recognition Information (ASRI)

Overseas Qualifications Units

Overseas Qualifications Units or their equivalents have been established in most Australian states and territories to assist migrants to obtain recognition of their overseas gained skills and qualifications. They generally provide:

statements of educational comparison for qualifications obtained overseas
information on where and how to obtain specific occupational assessments and which occupations have licensing and regulatory requirements
information about further training, including English language training, bridging training and orientation programs.
They may also provide:

employment related information
advocacy and help to present information to assessors and assessing authorities.

上面标粗的那句是不是说海外等同的学历认证？
我现在评分是如果他给我算博士学位的话，分数刚刚够，可是有听说 移民局看博士学位算不算主要看ACS的认证，ACS认他们才认。
这个就比较麻烦了，因为当时ACS认证时未提交博士相关的信息。现在已经elodge了，不知道是重新ACS认证一下 还是找这个机构认证一下我的学历
还是啥也不做，等消息。
真的有些彷徨了 ... 有人能给指点指点迷津吗

建议把你ACS评估时未提交博士相关的信息的缘由向ACS说清楚，找这个机构认证一下博士学历。

谢谢，我权衡了一下似乎这个是最保险的，
不知道ACS有没有单独的学位认证？ 还是必须和职业评估绑定在一起呢？

个人理解：博士专业也应当是跟提名职业相关的才行

只是根据之前大家说职业评估的本科专业必须跟提名职业相符合才行得出的推论
所以说“个人”理解，理解有误也没办法

楼主，MIGRATION SKILLS ASSESSMENT BOOKLET上关于博士学位是这样说的：
Identification of higher level engineering qualifications：
The standard assessment WILL INCLUDE an opinion on
the comparable relevant Australian level qualification to
the client’s overseas qualification used in support of the
assessed outcome. However, where a client holds a PhD
degree for example, which may not necessarily need to be
considered in the assessment process to provide the
nominated outcome, then this additional assessing service
may be employed to identify the overseas PhD as
comparable to an Australian PhD.
Applicants who require this service will need to provide:
• a completed application form, with relevant fee
payment
• properly-certified copies of all original academic
documentation (testamurs and transcripts, as
applicable) which shows that the client unconditionally
holds the qualification claimed
• a listing of doctoral examiners and details
• a listing of publications made during and after the
doctoral program.
也就是说博士应该无需跟提名职业相关的，但是需要另外做一个学历的认定。
至于下一步该怎么做，我也不清楚了，或许你该问一下职业评估机构是否可以给你做一个吧。

我在ACS的网站上看到，ACS做职业评估以及ICT相关的学位、学历评估

根据上面syutin的那段话，我理解似乎如果学位和职业提名不相关，需要单独一个学历评估的服务
还要交费，但是没有说明这钱怎么交，交给谁

我现在准备再ACS评估一次，加上博士学位
但是之前评的事software engineer，可是我博士读的是management science，方向是Datamining
和software engineer不是很贴切，我看了ACS的职位说明，似乎和system analyst 相关
可是我已经elodge了，填的是software engineer的职业提名，如果我换成system analyst会不会有什么不好的影响呢？

补充一点信息，我昨天给各州的评估机构发Email询问了，
这些州设置的海外经历评估都是为在他们州生活的人服务的，所以offstore的人还主要得靠职业评估机构

我家主审当时做的是EA评估，EA另有专门做工作年限和更高学历评估的内容，当然也是要另外收费的。
对ACS不了解，但是清华认证或者公证都不顶数，那只能代表国内对你学历的认可，是否跟澳洲学历相当，还得由他们认定说了算。
如果要换提名职业的话只能重新提交申请了吧，具体情况我不清楚，倒是可以给移民局发信问问是否可以退一些费用回来。

LZ的ACS的职业，应该没法在VET认证学历吧？ACS照理说应该有这样的服务，而且这种学历评估很有可能会把清华认证作为一个参考材料。

ACS是可以认证学历的，我是11年7.1之前评估的所以没有，现在的结果都包含了学历和工作年限

我现在已经又提交了ACS评估了，希望赶在分CO前能下来

清华认证也搞到了，但是没有提交给ACS，觉得学校给的证明密封件应该够用了
等着如果分CO 需要相关材料的话 或单独认证学历的话派上用场
