我怎么觉得楼主分析思路有点不太对.........没事下午写了一篇, 请高手批阅.....


Nowadays, the proportion of old people becomes larger than young people in many counties especially in some counties which carry out birth-control policy. From my point of view, it should be better if we can find out why and solve it as soon as possible.

As we all know, the population of whole world need to be controlled and that is the reason some counties carry out birth-control policy. This policy obviously leads to negative population growth and finally we can archive the goal that makes it in reasonable range. The reason why we want to do that is because lack of nature resources and our “mother” – earth cannot afford anymore. Otherwise, it shows that we living in a period of prosperity, stable and orderly society, advances in medical technology, etc. That is the goal we fight for.

But it also brings some problem. First one we faced: shortage of labor. We cannot find more young people to take the job from old ones when they retired. Another problem we might worry about is whether young people can act an expert and doing great job like predecessors. Second one we must consider is increased social charges. These charges not only include the pension but also include the money we charged for buy or maintain public facilities. Let us look this from another angle – family. The country such as China, mostly only have one child in a family. They will take care of four old persons after the child grown up and get married. At the same time, they also need look after their kids. This is a tough one we need handle well with.

So even ageing of population is benefit for negative population growth but I believe we also can find other ways to solve it. But look at other issues bring us are really need us to take them seriously. We must pay great attention to this kind of negative development.
