请有经验的前辈指点，谢谢。
* Please note : If you selected any option under "Applying from overseas", you will need to provide an original Statutory Declaration or Affidavit stating in exact words "I am not in Australia at the time of lodging my application".

如果你提供的通信地址和常住地址都在澳大利亚境外，则视为oversea,不用提交任何证明书和支付费用
