我是去年12月份递交的175普通技术移民(MODL职业,非CSL职业),今年5.1申请了维州的担保,5月28日州担保下来的(中介代办),我想问:
一般情况下州担保下来,大约几个月能分到CO?
州担保的回单上写的是6个月具有法律效力,是什么意思?具体指什么?
Sponsorship is valid for six months provided that there is no change to your circumstances or the information provided by you to the Victorian Government.
State sponsorship approvals are valid for 6 months. If Eligibility Lists for Victorian Government State sponsorship are updated, resulting in an occupation being removed from the Lists, approved State sponsorships for any removed occupations will be honoured up to the validity date of the sponsorship.
