标题: 登录前租房警钟长鸣--我差点被骗的经历
识破骗局以后，我真的是倒吸一口冷气，没想到我想去的地方居然这么凶险。

想登陆PERTH前在澳洲租房，看到有个网站叫FLATMATE，就注册了一个登了个广告说我要找房
此后三天我的邮箱就有很多人骚扰，都是说自己有房子的有的还发来照片。那个网站本身没有问题，我浏览了几套房子价格都差不多，我就看中其中一个在很靠市中心的地方的房子
相比而言，价格不是很贵，然后那个自称是房东的人，给我看了照片，我还详细的问了周围的环境啊什么的，发现按照房东的说法我就不需要准备什么东西可以所谓的拎包入住
然后我就开始和她谈契约，她最后一封邮件说要给我她的护照和房产扫描，一切都很圆满，我在澳洲的朋友，虽然不在PERTH，都建议我说不错可以选择。
结果昨天大半夜，我偶然心血来潮，因为我知道即使是外国人，也可以在谷歌上看看有没有他们的信息，特别是名字不是很大众化的人，尤其是我未来房东，我还不知道她做什么的呢
我就搜了一下她的名字，连同邮箱Catrina Calandra诈骗人的名字哈，大家要小心Catrina Calandra <calandra.catrina@yahoo.com>她的邮箱地址
从第二条开始，全都在说这个人，有这个邮箱的人，还有其他化名，是个全澳洲到处诈骗的骗子，她不仅PERTH诈骗，还在悉尼，墨尔本，布里斯班号称有房子，以诈骗定金和首期房款为目的。我一看COMPLAIN BOARD我就心情不太好，再一看么，完全是个骗子啊

其中还说到她有好几个化名，好几个律师的名字

还有的链接，公开了她诈骗那些想租房人的信件，大家可以参考

我对她产生怀疑，主要是有两点
一点是我每次问她问题，例如房子细节方面的她回复的邮件总是忽略我的问题，我得再问一遍
第二是她既然声称在PERTH就不会老是只在大清早5点回我邮件，我自己是个懒猫，所以我不信有人会大清早写邮件出租住房
再一个她说会给我她的护照和房产证，但没给，她也没介绍过自己是干嘛的

哎有时候还是八卦点好啊，我现在正在和这个骗子斡旋，打算折腾几下她，哼哼

可惜的是，那些网上的投诉，很多人是上了当才知道的。大家看了我的经历，租房一定要小心啊，一定不要在没有看到房子和房主前随便付钱

我现在继续写我和骗子斡旋的故事
刚才我收到那个号称是她律师的人发过来的合同，第一页看了以后，如果说之前我相信她的话，那这次真的是彻底的相信她是个彻头彻尾的骗子了
在我和她的信件交流中，她说要为合同准备我现在的住址，我就给了，因为我这个人比较客气，我就在HANGZHOU,CHIna后面加个一个同位语，a beautiful city in china
这个所谓的律师业太职业了，她老人家居然把这个同位语也贴到那个巨长的合同上去了，我家的地址可真长啊。我上传了她给的合同，隐去了我的个人信息用XX表示，那些黑体的就是她们团伙写的

然后我又收到她的所谓的证件和一封催交钱的邮件，破绽百出，首先她要求我付钱是自然
破绽有，
1.署名不是她的名字了，变成了ANNE(估计是复制黏贴搞错了)
2.既然是她的房子，为什么转给律师的账户呢？因为她对律师一个字没提，没有任何律师身份的证件给我看，这样骗了钱以后也不用担心我找到她
3.我说了我没车，她一个劲的告诉我那个房子停车很容易，估计是团伙作案没仔细看上一个团队成员搞到的我的信息吧
4.她明明说自己住PERTH的一个房间，但是她所有的证件材料都是在悉尼的，包括那个律师的，律师的名字是Rochelle Pineda大家以后看到这个律师一定要小心
5.我又发现一个疑点，我仔细看了她发给我的房子的照片，如果仔细一点的话，有些照片可以露出非常明显的破绽，那就是照片的拍摄日期，她给的6张照片，我也上传到附件里了，如果大家查看照片的拍摄日期，注意不是修改日期，虽然其中5张都隐去了，可是其中一张显示的是2007年5月拍摄，我说现在都2010年5月了还拿07年的照片忽悠我，也太过分了吧，要不是骗子，即使是真的房东这样给我照片，给我看3年前她的房子，又不是木乃伊房子，怎么可能在3年内一成不变，我也不租她的破房

骗子终于撕破脸了，我说要她的护照和她律师的护照以及从业证书，这家伙就给我回了一句话

sorry, i think you are asking too much, the account and the document attached for you is enough, it least if you make payment, there will be record that you make paymen
露出骗子的爪牙，阴险！狡诈！
看来这个骗子功夫不到家没准备护照和律师的假证明啊，大家要租房的时候也要看看清楚
明明她自己说要提供护照的，结果说我要的资料太多
出尔反尔，骗子被我抓到猴急了

我再上传一个她发过来的她的ID信息，以后大家看到这个人谨慎点，注意她诈骗不仅仅是在PERTH，也在悉尼或者猫本的，所以有可能骗到那里的租客

今天我又收到一个邮件，我强烈怀疑也是诈骗

Yes,  the apartment can be reserved for  you and move in asap, the apartments is 3 bedroom while i m occupying one with all my valuables in there and have 2 other doubled bedroom with separate modern bathroom/toilet ,fully furnished with inbuilt-wardrobes vacant .

Yes,its nearby railway distance and within a walking distanced to all the public transportation . ,and ,but need to follow the due process in renting my apartments out coz of the past bad experiences in given out the rooms without any legal documentation /tenderness but now need to follow the rules and regulations as agreed upon by the both parties the apartment is still available and i mentioned that in my previous mails to you that all depends on your wishes in staying in my apartment, short and long terms accommodation is granted.Due to the fact that the reservation need to be fully secured , Be at its may now in making all the processes works through,i have suggested talking to Lawyer in be ready in preparing all the process so that you can get booked for the room and prior to that i have make a close contact to the lawyer as soon as you responded back

澳洲房东在没见面之前一般是不会租给你的，这点与中国不同，所以要特别小心！

其实freeoz等一些论坛上，也都是什么证件都不提供，上来就要4 weeks bonds, 都不知道怎么辨别。。

有可能和我遇到的是同一个人。当时找房子，有发布登过找合租的信息。她发邮件给我，还有照片,房子在city, 房间价格也还OK,搞得我还很兴奋,感觉和本地人合租可以练英文了。后来她说她在英国看她未婚夫，暂时不在澳洲，但是很急地和我办手续。当时没怀疑，后来找到房子也不理会了。

恰巧的事若干个月后，她又发同样的信给我，仍在不在澳洲(上一次说马上就回了)，同样的照片同样的说辞。

仔细想想，应该是个骗子。她号称不在澳洲，但是钥匙可以寄给我，这样的话我肯定要打钱进她的账户，她就能得逞了。

转了2封她的信，第一份格式比较乱，凑或看了。

看看她的描述很诚恳，房子也很有竞争力。我到结束也没怀疑过。但是大半年后又收到她同样的信，同样内容，就让人怀疑了。

LZ还是找个当地的朋友实地考察看看先.
定金不是BOND金, 不必先付BOND金的吧? 一般10%,就是50-100之间应该够了. 当然如果你反悔, 那钱就飞了, 归人家了.
BOND金可以在到达时再交的,, 就是你确定TAKE了, 交BOND+第一个月的房租

我也收到了很多这种类似的邮件，如果你仔细一看就能发现，他们的房租都非常的低， too good to be true.

貌似我和你遇见的才是同一个骗子哦！也是她发邮件给我，各方面条件都不错，不过她说她不在澳洲和男朋友去英国度蜜月去了，但是要把钥匙寄给我，我是感觉很奇怪为什么一定要那么急把钥匙寄来，因为离我打算去的日子还有段时间呢，后来我刚巧改变了行程就逃过一劫了！那个女人的名字找到了叫Olena Dmytrenko
大家要当心啊！！！
