我在线给移民局的投诉中一顿臭骂，之后收到的回复。。。。。。

虽然什么问题没说，没解决，不过很好啊，就是要给他们写写信，投诉一下，支持

老实说，那些客服也很惨

就好比我在工厂做客服的时候，生产线把东西做错了，工程师把图纸设计错了，结果做出来废品，我做客服的却被人狂骂

老实说，关我p事，却要我给他们擦屁股。

这个移民政策又不是CO能决定的，CO处理的慢倒是可以投诉一下。可是现在CO按照移民政策只能拒掉某些人，又关CO什么事。

找澳洲移民局长单挑吧

嘿嘿。。。。。偶做sales的,偶已经习惯了去CA客户及老板的PP。。。。。

不能这么说，既在其位，就要负其责，要不然你就不要做这个职业，本身就是客服嘛！职业本身决定的。。。

这只是一个模板回复，应该还没具体处理你的投诉呢，别着急，再等等，应该会有人再次就你的case给你回复的。
