标题: 无法下载160eh表格，只能使用160表格 [打印本页]

标题: 无法下载160eh表格，只能使用160表格
在申请e-visa的时候，签证官发邮件让我体检，但是在用TRN查询的时候，没有任何关于checklist之类的提示，后来发邮件问他，说是可以用160表格代替160eh表格，但是在填写160时候发现要填写FN号，我从来没有收到过FN号，用GOOGLE搜索据说是e-visa不用FN号，有没有哪位以前碰到过类似的情况，那该怎么办呀？在线急等，多谢

form 160没有地方给你填TRN么?

LZ什么申请类别啊？什么时候递交申请的

我是三月末申请的457签证，因为以前做过一次457 e-visa签证（2007 年），当时是用的160EH表格，上面有填好的TRN号，另外不需要任何其他，例如FN号码，但是这次再申请的时候，只能使用160表格，在office use only 一栏中让填写 file number, 没有发现任何地方要填TRN的。

打开这个链接的载屏参考，回到你的网上 applicatin status， click checklist 里面就有体验的160EH，26EH表，打印出来，你会发现脚注上有FN号，出生日期，护照号码

我已经查过e-visa的状态，见附件，没有看到任何有关体检的消息和文档，我只是收到了从e457.parramatta@immi.gov.au
发过来的e-mail说：I refer to the application for a Temporary Business (Long Stay) visa (Subclass 457) for *** lodged with the department. The application does not provide sufficient information or documentation to grant the visa. To enable further consideration of the application, please provide the information specified below.

X-RAY EXAMINATION:
In order to meet health-checking requirements, *** is required to undertake an X-ray examination.

FOR APPLICANTS IN AUSTRALIA: To obtain the X-ray examination form (form 160A) go to www.immi.gov.au/immigration The form provides instructions on where to undertake the examination.

FOR APPLICANTS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND WHO APPLIED VIA THE INTERNET: the X-ray examination form (form 160EH) can be downloaded from the eVisa website. The Transaction Reference Number (TRN) must be provided to access the form. The eVisa site provides instructions on where to undertake the examination.

然后写e-mail跟mail上那个来自Parramatta Regional Office的工作人员联系，他试过把160EH放到我的application中，但是我依旧看不到任何信息，后来他干脆说用160好了，但是160我根本就没有收到过任何FN号码，郁闷呀

我觉得你在填FN的地方写你的TRN应该就可以
你现在在澳洲么？可以去问问HSA啊

Applicants in Australia

Visa applicants in Australia must contact Health Services Australia (HSA) to arrange a health examination.

If you are not well and you have a medical certificate from your treating doctor, you should ask the department about the option of having your HSA medical examination conducted at your own home. The cost of a medical examination at your home is higher than the cost of having a medical examination at HSA.

当然要啊，26是体检表格，160是X Ray检查表格啊
