As society has entered the information age and commercialization is sweeping across the world, computers are geared to companies and schools’ demand. Some people hold the view that computers used to acquire knowledge fail to have positive effects on student’s physical and mental development. I agree with this idea.
Computers used to teach children fail to not only help children learn more efficiently, but also waste them a lot of time to study. Most of students are in to diverse computer games and the illusive but intriguing world in the game. It is imaginable that they will have more time to read book and find a book in the library without using a computer.
It is not good for teenagers’ physical to use a computer for a long time. Instead of running, swimming and playing balls, playing computers have occupied students more and more time so that the development of their physique has been exerted undesirable effects on.
As said before, there are a lot of disadvantages for teenagers in studying and physical, but in reality, it does more than that. Computers used in schools also have negative effects on children’s mental development. Hordes of pornographic entertainment materials available for consumption will trouble children a lot of and even lead them astray. Indeed, a lot of students indulge the Internet for a long time –the illusive but intriguing world, do not contact society, and even suicide.
In conclusion, computers used to acquire knowledge and accumulate information fail to enhance youngsters’ learning more efficiently. At the same time, it has negative effects on children’s physique and mind development.

compaters used in schools題目講的是學校用電腦或者是教育用電腦.,你用一段的內容講玩電腦游戲的壞處,難道學校的電腦是給學生玩游戲的?而且還能長時間玩.......
