Ensure all changes pertaining to information technology are aligned with the Change Management Process
·Keep all stakeholders informed of technical changes
·Educate all team members on the importance and use of the change process
·Engage all appropriate staff in the change management process
·Initiate corrective actions to ensure implementation of the Change Management Process
Essential skills and Expereince
·Minimum one year experience in similar change management role
·ITIL Foundation certification
·Exposure to ITIL configuration management
