EVIDENCED AND PLACED IN YOUR PASSPORT.</b><br>

The Beijing office no longer evidences visas decided at a processing in Australia. For applicants resident in the Beijing and Shanghai areas, visas will be evidenced at the Australian Consulate General in Shanghai.<br>

To collect your visa evidence/s please post your passport(s) together with a copy of your visa grant letter to the above address. If you require your passport to be returned by mail, please make sure you provide full address details in Chinese Characters.<br>

Alternatively, you can bring your passport and visa grant letter into the visa office in Shanghai during working hours. Your visa can be evidenced on the spot provided the Visa Office in Shanghai has received your record transferred from the ASPC. The visa office is open to the public from 8.30am to 12.00 noon Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.<br>

If you have posted the passport and require the passport to be posted back to you, please allow extra time for postage. Your passport will be sent by registered mail only (no courier service is provided) which takes approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive at its destination once posted by the visa office in Shanghai. No postal fee is charged for this service.<br>
<br>
Please ensure that each person included in your application has their own passport; that all passports are current and that two unused visa pages are available in each passport.<br>
<br>
If your current passport is due to expire before your visa expires, the grant of the visa can still be evidenced in your passport and the expiry of the passport will not affect the validity of the visa. In this situation, when the passport expires you will need to obtain a new passport and apply to the nearest office of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs for the visa to be re-evidenced into your new passport.<br>

应该事先电话确认一下，苦了我的25大洋，可以让他们的xx车多接几次子女了。<br>
