其次，low risk和high risk的区分在于ETA,:

Electronic Travel Authority (subclass 601)
The Electronic Travel Authority lets you visit Australia for tourism or business purposes if you hold a passport from a certain country. Chinese passport holders are not eligible to apply for an ETA.
那么我想知道现在中国Passport国内申请101签证都是3个月吗？因为这个关系到我什么时候申请101签证。
