Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Entry of loan applications into CRM (database & lodgement system)
Complete file management and follow ups
Client, lender and business contact liaison
Client relationship management (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing)
General office duties and assisting business partners
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Certificate IV or Diploma of Finance (Mortgage Broking) - Essential
A high level of professionalism at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
Excellent presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume, dynamic team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office Suite)
Highly organised
Previous administration experience is essential
Current MFAA member - preferred
Previous mortgage broking experience – preferred
Strong work ethic with excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Ability to speak Mandarin will - preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 /year
