三家评估机构中只有cpaa接受自己写的课程描述并不要求certify，只要提供a statutory declaration，但我查了一下这个a statutory declaration也不是这么好弄的。A person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence, the punishment for which is imprisonment for a term of 4 years。
