ANOTHER war of words is set to erupt between the nation's top mobile companies after Optus declared it had the best 4G network in the land as it launched a new flavour of the superfast services.
In an Australian first, the No 2 mobile carrier yesterday flicked the switch on a new variant of 4G, known in technological circles as a "time-division long-term evolution" (TD-LTE) network but which Optus is dubbing "4G Plus", in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. 作者: dcxg 时间: 14-9-2013 08:01
TD-LTE 即 Time Division Long Term Evolution（分时长期演进），是由阿尔卡特-朗讯、诺基亚西门子通信、大唐电信、华为技术、中兴通讯、中国移动等共同开发的第四代（4G）移动通信技术与标准。TDD即时分双工(Time Division Duplexing)，是移动通信技术使用的双工技术之一，与FDD频分双工相对应。TD-LTE与TD-SCDMA实际上没有关系，TD-LTE是TDD版本的LTE的技术，FDD-LTE的技术是FDD版本的LTE技术。TD-SCDMA是CDMA（码分多址）技术，TD-LTE是OFDM（正交频分复用）技术。两者从编解码、帧格式、空口、信令，到网络架构，都不一样。
