就是说Human Rights Commission没接受她的投诉才告到 Tribunal。最后她能不能赢，很难说。所以法院做与政治有关的案子很难判。经济案相对容易。比如告某网站经商活动中有欺诈行为, 告某网站偷税了，税务局会去查,没准查出来点什么。
