哈哈，感觉SUN 确实不会经营啊。技术这么牛，市场这么失败。不过还是喜欢SUN 。

据美联社报道,周五两位华人工程师因盗窃原硅谷雇主的电脑芯片设计资料,并试图将资料走私到中国用于成立一家新公司,被美国法院各判处1年监禁.
美籍华人叶飞(音译,下同)和拿到美国绿卡的钟明,被控在7年前从4家工作过的科技公司那里盗窃了大量的芯片设计资料.当他们在旧金山机场试图登上一架去 往中国的航班飞机时,被查出行李中装满了有关芯片设计的敏感资料,另外还查出显示他们正向中国政府申请成立新公司的文件.

美国检方人员称,这些文件显示两人正向中国政府申请成立新公司.被窃取了电脑芯片设计资料的四家科技公司分别是:NEC电子、Sun微系统、Transmeta Corp和Trident Microsystems公司.

美联社称,叶、钟两人也是按照美国《1996年经济间谍法》首次被判重罪的人.本来两人最高可被判30年监禁,不过检方要求轻判,因为他们与调查人员非常合作.周五,两人在法庭上也向原雇主道了歉.

我觉得是python...:-)
Java技术上也早该消亡了, 我觉得..., 不过商业上还有存在的价值......
