我估计不行，它的好处是16：9，分辨率达到高清晰的标准，看电影应该会更好，但响应是5毫秒，玩游戏可能不是最佳的。

dell基本型的支架相对简单，可能做不到。除此之外竖起来主要靠显卡驱动程序，不少显卡都能做到90度旋转

我没有研究竖的问题，显示器附带光盘里面的东西也没看。。但是那个支架可调节性很强，好像可以竖起来。

排除支架的问题，我记得好久以前用的一些古董级的显示卡，里面带有旋转屏幕的功能。不过好像我现在用的显卡反而没有。软件方面，我估计应该很多小程序都能做到。反而就是支架的问题比较大

不过如果不是特殊应用，光是为了这个竖立多花钱好像有点不值得呢。2408wfp的好处是8bit 的色彩，用来处理相片比较好。

不对啊，古文虽然是竖排，但是整个幅面却可能是landscape而不是portrait的，加上分辨率高，每一列可以有很多字了，用不着非要竖排吧。显示器打竖用，我想总有某些程序会不太好用的。比如全屏显示的游戏之类。
