We are looking for residence in melbourne:
Our requirement:
1, Lacated in inner city (better: CARLTON, CAULFIELD, HAWTHORN, HEATHCOTE, MELBOURNE, MALVERN, MALVERN EAST, PARKVILLE, SOUTH YARRA, SOUTHBANK) or nearby surburbs;
2, Rental fee upto 300pw;
3, Rental period upto 6 months (may renew if ok);
4, No share;
5, One to two bedrooms;
6, One bathroom;
7, Electricity, water, heat and other facilities ready (better fee included in the rental fee);
8, One car park;
9, Near train station to melbourne city (max 45min ride);
Our information:
1, New couple (PR visa holder) arriving Melbourne around June 17, 2008;
2, We are both CPA back in China and have bank deposit in Australia, so no worries about our credibility;
3, We can pay bond and make agreement right after sighting the residence after the arrival;
4, Other information may be available upon request. |
