I just applied an ABN and registered a business name.

You may choose the wrong option, so you appear to be not entitled to register ABN. If you need one, you have to try again.

但是真的不需要雇佣人

No. You can be a contractor to apply ABN, no need to hire anyone.

It's ok to apply ABN before you start a business or contract work. I think there is a test on ATO website to determine if you are an employee or a contractor. You can have a look.

我也是和你一样，选错了网页，申请ABN，最后发现是要收费的。就没有再继续下去。你后来是怎么办理的？重新去官网上免费申请了，原来那个网页上填写了一些个人资料就不用管了吗？

那個代理網站就是混淆視聽，然后赚手续费啊!

一不小心也差点上当，后来看到网址没有gov 起了疑心。
