如果让我说最喜欢的女歌手，脑袋里第一个蹦出的名字肯定是Avril Lavigne，喜欢她叛逆，玩滑板，有满脑子古里古怪的想法。因为我没有勇气像她那样，一个人从加拿 大到美国，去唱歌，组乐队，做自己喜欢的事。我很胆小，她叛逆、张扬、朋克，用充满爆发力的声音向成人的世界挑战，她冷冷的表情，酷到极致，让我羡慕到咬牙切齿。暌违多年，岁月冲淡了浮躁与轻狂，曾经烟熏妆、马丁靴、匡威、一身黑的朋克装扮，如今她依旧烟熏，只是会穿很女人的裙子，会穿带钻的高跟鞋，少了份中性，多了点妩媚。她的声音依旧拥有魔力，不再叛逆，不再冲动，却更多了细腻的感情。
她结婚的时候，众人虽然质疑，却无条件的支持。后来她离婚，歌迷依然站在她身边，婚姻失败又如何，年轻就是资本，她才27岁，还有大把的美好时光。何况，她 还是那个很会唱歌的Avril，音乐中的Avril依然如那场不插电演唱会上拿着麦克风唱Innocence的面孔一样让人着迷。
Goodbye Lullaby，It represents the record and me growing, moving forward, opening a new chapter in life and closing the door on another.
