大家好，我是做BI（商业智能）的，能评上261111 Business Analyst吗？

我是做BI这块的，主要是ETL，数据仓库的管理，根据业务需求建立多维立方体。还附带一些报表的设计和文档的编写。

问题一：我的工作要和业务部分打交道，根据业务然后分析，这能评上261111 business analyst吗？

问题二：我的职位是database supervisor，我刚进公司的时候主要就是对数据库和数据仓库（datawarehouse）进行维护的。现在的日常工作主要还是根据业务，设计主题，建立维度， cube这方面了。我的职位名称偏向数据库维护，会不会影响我的评估？

问题三：我在acs对261111 BA的说明中，找到一段
Example of units undertaken in higher education qualifications:
Business System Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Object Oriented Design and Development, Data Base Modelling, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Quality Management, IS Project Management.

是不是说我做business intelligence的就可以评261111 BA 呢？

我觉得如果你实话实说的话，评估不到business analysist，你的工作职责更像developer programmer。 你需要往function consultant上面靠，分析业务需求之类的，这些才是analysist

我做BI，ETL，DW，报表开发，写文档，啥都干。评估的是261312 developer programmer。

我们家2个都是做DW的，从需求到实施全包，都评了261311 analyst programmer

我觉得悬：BA应该更多的偏向业务，而不是技术相关的。

难道是sap的bw顾问 ？ 要是sap的BI产品可以往企业kpi规划上靠，做绩效和考核方面的顾问，连带技术实施。

BI这个东西比较特殊，一般做久了都是全包，在项目投入几个BI顾问，专门负责这一块，从谈需求到后面具体干活全部搞定。所以评business analyst、analyst programmer、developer programmer其实都有道理。

但是你在公司的职位是database supervisor，那是不是意味着公司出具的工作证明，或者你的名片上，都会是这个职称？

如果是这样的话，最好用后面两个code。

论坛有一位同学被ACS评估为软件工程师（261313），并依此为提名职业提交申请。现在CO根据其推荐信中的职位描述对她的“软件工程师”持否定意见，如果这位同学在规定时间内没有说服CO的证据，将要前功尽弃。

谢谢LS两位的建议，我会好好考虑下得。尽量选用ANALYST PROGRAMMER OR DEVELOPER PROGRAMMER。

哎呀，又看到这个帖子才想起来lz给我发个站内信，我当时想等会找给你后来就忘了。

最主要的就是每份工作的推荐信，你自己写，写好了叫领导签字。
至于怎么写，我的情况就是如实把自己每天做的事情写出来，把自己在项目里的职责描述清楚，具体的就是套用的论坛里前辈share的acs推荐信的模板。改成自己的情况就好了。

BI也是实实在在的开发，实事求是，不怕被追查翻案之类的。
