新的Online ACS评估的时候，大家选Skills 还是recognition letter?

新的Online申请，有三个选项
1. Skills -400AUD
2. recognition letter 450AUD
3. combined  550AUD

我咨询ACS，他们说如果需要opinion on qualifications,需要申请recognition letter

ACS标准的解释：
3 - Skills Assessment
 This is a general skills application for applicants with an ICT Diploma Degree or higher and ICT skilled employment.
 The assessment result letter will report the applicant’s ICT Educational Qualifications and ICT Skilled Employment experience suitability to the nominated occupation ANZSCO code for Points Test and skilled migration purposes.

4 - Recognition Letter
 This is for applicants that already hold a skills assessment and require a recognition letter for ICT Educational Qualifications or ICT Skilled Employment experience or applicants requiring a stand-alone recognition letter for ICT Educational Qualifications or ICT Skilled Employment to submit to DIAC when applying for a GSM visa. Please note: A Recognition Letter is NOT a skills assessment and a positive Skills Assessment is still required by DIAC.
 The assessment recognition letter will report the applicants ICT Educational Qualifications as comparable to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and ICT Skilled Employment skill level in relation to the nominated occupation ANZSCO code for Points Test purposes only.

5 – Combined Skills Assessment / Recognition Letter
 This is for applicants that hold 2 or more ICT educational qualifications and would like all their ICT educational qualifications reported and recognised.
 The applicant will receive a skills assessment result letter and an additional recognition letter reporting the ICT Educational Qualifications and ICT Skilled Employment experience suitability to the nominated occupation ANZSCO code for Points Test and skilled migration purposes.

我也不太清楚。这两天发信问了一下，下面是答复。

If you require a opinion on your Bachelors degree you will need to apply for a recognition letter.

于是这个opinion和职业评估是分开收费的啊，光一个opinion就$450，好贵。。

呃，忽然发现DIAC网站上关于学历的point部分有这么一段文字：
“To claim points for a qualification obtained overseas, it will need to be recognised as being of a standard comparable to the relevant Australian level qualification. Generally, you will be able to request an opinion on your qualification claims from the relevant assessing authority when you seek your skills assessment.”

不过3. combined  550AUD 这个是result letter和recognition letter都提供呢，所以没准1也是都提供的，只是没说清楚而已

我就是看了这段话才开始纠结的，我的ACS评估里面，没有说是不是comparable,只说GroupA

做了这个Recognition Letter，后边是不是就不需要清华认证了呢？
skill 和这个recognition letter得一个一个申请吧？真是贵啊。。。

意思是有两个学位的吧？就是说硕士才可以申请这个combined?

需要再申请recognition letter吗？
我的ACS RL里有说“Your Bachelor of Management Sciences from XXX University awarded July 2004 has been assessed as
comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing”这句话不是已经说明是符合要求的educational quelification了吗？

回楼上的，我觉得你的RL已经足够说明问题了，不用recognition letter了。
