ACS review

07年12月份通过的ACS的 group A 2231-11system manager, 08年5月份递交的175申请，至今未分CO.
刚刚收到 移民局Dawn K的信说
"I have checked the documentation held on file. The original ASCO skills assessment code of 2231-11 is not the 2231-79 one which triggers the Direction 48 Priority Processing request“
请问有没有相似情况的兄弟给些建议？

现在要做ACS review吗？谢谢！！！

估计发个邮件测试申请人还关不关注的. 你就跟他客气回个邮件, 先感谢他关注你的case,然后问下什么时候能 finalise  就行了.
review没有必要, acs 怎么也要四五个月. 而且按目前速度, 没有意外的话 最多再等半年 12年初就开审G4了, 你这等了这么长时间,一开审肯定就分CO了
而且客气回个邮件,再问问用不用提前做个体检什么的. 说不准Dawn一发善心,就给你分CO啦 呵呵

Q: f. What is Ministerial Direction 48?
A: Ministerial Direction 48 applies to new priority processing arrangements for certain skilled migration visas.
Under this Ministerial Direction the following processing priorities (with high priority listed first) apply:

Applications from people who are employer sponsored under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) and the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS).
Applications from people who are nominated by a state or territory government agency with a nominated occupation that is specified on that state or territory’s Migration Plan.
Applications from people who have nominated an occupation on the current Skilled Occupation List (SOL) – Schedule 3 in effect from 1 July 2010.

非常感谢lawlee, 我给Dawn回信了，不过他用的 <ccmm.noreply@immi.gov.au>给我写的，我只好给他回<egsmaspc@immi.gov.au>,不知道他能否看得到！！！
