[紧急求助] ACS评估如何计算工作时间

我刚收到Result Letter，评定结果是Group A，但是我的工作时间里面写的是：
07/07 - 06/10 (2yrs 0mths)
如果按照时间段计算，应该是3年或者2年11个月啊？
说明一下，我申请的时候07年07月到08年06月是属于全职实习，可以提供工资单和税单证明（提交ACS的时候没有提供这些资料，打算eLodge的时候提交）。
就算不给我按照一年计算，那也不至于只算一个月。

我写信过去询问，回复很简单：
Hi,
Thanks for your email. The assessor has deemed the job as partly relevant to your nominated ANZSCO code meaning the amount of time calculated by the assessor is the certain percentage that is linked to the ANZSCO code.

回复人是Scott.Skills@acs.org.au，很奇怪我的CO是Henny，怎么回复又是另外一个人呢？

我现在比较担心的就是ACS评估的工作时间会不会影响到eLodge移民局的判断。
有版友出现过这类ACS工作时间计算的问题么？请大家帮忙支支招。

邮件意思好象是说你的工作只有部分和职业代码相关，所以只能折算

工作内容只有部分符合你申请的职业代码，被打折扣了。楼主推荐信写差了吧。
好像移民局会自己算时间，不看职业评估的那个时间。

我推荐信写的有包括全职实习的工作内容和时间。还找了原公司开了工作证明。

工作内容要根据你申请的职业代码来写，不是什么都往上写。你这个就是写了让CO觉得不符合职业代码的工作内容。

我看了一下移民局关于175工作时间打分的要求
points for Specific employment（10）
If your nominated occupation is worth 60 points and you have worked in your nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level for at least 3 of the 4 years immediately before you apply.

我现在已经有ACS Group A，是不是我还要多做一些工作，给移民局证明我最近有3年的工作和提名职业很相关，争取让移民局重新计算的时候多一些比例。

都不知道ACS的时间是怎么算的，网站上也没有说明，主观性太强了吧。

我写信去问了（1是他的回复，2是我的询问）。这个CO回信还挺快的。
他建议我申请review，有同学申请过评估结果review吗？一般review需要多长时间

Many thanks for your prompt response. I guess the amount of time calculated by the assessor is only two years may due to my intern experiences. It's really full-time paid internship (from July, 2007 to June, 2008) and I can provide pay slips and tax returns for these periods. Does it work for the assessor to re-calculate my work length by providing such documents?

回复得很快，可是申请复议时间来不及了。有申请过ACS评估复议的同学吗？

Information about a review is as follows (If you require any more information on the review process please refer to the Guidelines for Assessment found on the ACS website):

REVIEW
Reasons for Reviews
·         Change of nominated occupation ANZSCO Code - If you wish to change your ANZSCO Code you can apply for a review after your result letter has been forwarded to you.
·         You have additional information that was not included in the initial assessment application.
·         Full review of assessment.

Reviews will be assessed by a senior assessor.
Reviews can only be processed within 60 days of the date of the original assessment result letter.
A review fee is payable for all review assessments.
Please provide additional information to support your application for assessment review.
A review cannot be completed if the result letter has already been used for Migration purposes.

To submit a review, please complete an Application for Review of PASA, sign and mail to:

Please state your reference number in all correspondence and include the Review Fee.

The review fee is non-refundable and takes approximately four to six weeks to process.
