Please use the online facility to track the status of your application.
We are aware of the 1st July deadline and are endeavouring to get as many applications finalised as possible.
As a general rule, applicants should allow at least twelve (12) weeks between the time of making a complete and satisfactory application to the ACS and a decision being made by the responsible decision maker.
Timelines may be extended by a number of factors, including numbers of incoming applications, the complexity of the application, incomplete applications, requests from the ACS for additional information and the time taken by the applicant to provide additional or revised information.
Please do not contact Australian Computer Society within this timeframe, as it will delay processing of applications.
The ACS does not offer a priority service nor can guarantee an exact processing time.

Dear xxx,
I am writing this email to inquire about the status of my ACS application.
I submitted my application (*No.*) online on March 13rd, and posted the supporting materials: references, certified diplomas and many others, on March 18th. According to the information on ACS website, you received my materials on March 21st and you are the assigned processor.
It has been almost three months since my application was moved onto the stage 4: In process. I would appreciate if you could inform me of the current status and let me know should there be any document missing.
Australia’s new immigration policy is effective on July 1, 2011. I need to submit my immigration request before that date. This is very important. I have been preparing for it for years. If I cannot get all the documents for immigration (including the ACS result), I will have to prepare all over again and the requirements then will be all different.
Please let me know the current status of my application and if you have any questions regarding my documents, don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you very much!
