ACS为毛说我的Employment reference 时间不够准确？

各位牛人好！

2月份寄材料，到5月份ACS才说到了finalize阶段。今天5月30号收到email，说我的一个employment reference有问题,ACS的信是这样的：

* Certified copy of proper and detailed employer references from IBM which needs to contain precise dates of employment.

我的employer references from A company是这么写的：

JC has worked for A company Singapore IT Delivery Application Hosting department as SAP consultant and it was contract based full time employment  The Employment began on 13 February 2009 until now with annual salary of XX SGD.

这个是我最后一份工作的employer reference， 该怎么写这个precise dates of employment? 不能写13 February 2009 until now吗？

我觉得LZ把事情搞复杂了。

1. 日期要写清楚起始日期和结束日期， until now 不要写了，就写一个具体日期就可以了。
2. 你的A Company和IBM 到底是什么关系？你是GBS或者GD的员工？还是外包来的SAP顾问？还是freelancer?，看上去描述很不清晰啊。

it was contract based  - 如果是contract，必然不能使until now了。如果是contract，必然是要有contract期限……
因为在AU，contract一般都是6个月就结束了，所以这样没有终止时间的contract，让officer很不解啊很不解

基本上我觉得给老外的描述里直接给xxxx.xx.xx - present就OK...
