请问关于176州担保的居住

到底是要在登陆的前两年里面待在所担保的州，还是要在前五年里面累计在担保的州住够两年？
我被绕晕了。没有找到相关的官方说法。。。

Victoria SMP Grant之前签的声明里面的内容

If this application is granted, my dependents and I intend to live in Victoria for at least two years.
I will advise the Victorian Government of my contact details prior to arriving in Victoria as well as after arriving for a period of two years from that time including updating contact details (e.g. telephone number and address).

这个推断下来是前面两年
