这个是PAM3的关于175REGULATION的解释涉及雅思的内容：
11      English threshold
For applications made on or after 1 July 2009, clause 175.213 requires that at the time of visa application the applicant must have competent English, see regulation 1.15C.

Note: Because of the High Court decision in Berenguel, applicants for this visa subclass have until the time of visa decision to provide evidence of their English language ability.

For policy and procedure on GSM English language proficiency, including the Berenguel decision, see PAM3: English Proficiency & assessment - English proficiency and General Skilled Migration (GSM).

在递交的时候，就要有雅思4个6.如果需要4个7来提高总体分数，可以再CO要求的时候给4个7的雅思成绩。
