电签175时把老公妈妈填上去了，现在要她的体检吗？

电签时除了主申和副申，还要填一个家庭成员，试了下，不填还提交不了，就把他妈妈填上去了。现在研究了一下3.18日收到的信，要求所有的家庭成员都要提交无刑和体检，晕啊!他妈妈又不跟我们一起走，这可怎么办呢？请前辈赐教！

发的信上面的家庭成员有注释的，配偶子女

糟糕的是把他妈妈填到non-migrating dependents一栏里面去了，呜呜。应该是填在other familiy members一栏的，我们真晕啊，当时也没搞清楚

non-migrating members？？？没有这个项目吧，好像只有non-migrating dependents和other familiy members，看错的比较厉害了

对，是填在non-migrating dependents一栏里了。请问现在要填1023表去纠正吗？还是等分co以后再纠正呢？

non-migrating dependents，不过要说明理由，为什么她不和你一起去，貌似比较麻烦

一般non-migrating dependents是指你的配偶和儿女吧，父母不属于这个范畴里面。你如果需要更正的话就是发1023表。

Dependent    A person is dependent on another person if, at the time of application lodgement, the first person has been wholly or substantially reliant on the other person for financial support to meet their basic needs (food, clothing and shelter):
   

• for a substantial period immediately before that time and that reliance on the other person is greater than any reliance by the first person on any other person; or
• due to the first person being incapacitated for work due to the total or partial loss of the first person's bodily or mental functions.

   

除非你的父母生活一切或大部分依赖你（食物、衣物和居所）。
