人在澳洲的175如何体检？

大家好！我没想到这么快就要求体检，而且是三个月内完成。我是递交了175之后过来澳洲上学的，现在有几个问题想请教一下：
1.我认为我在澳洲体检是可以的，求确认。
2.上网查了一下需要联系Medibank Health Solutions预订，因为我2月份按学生签证已经做过X-ray和除了血液外的常规体检，是否可以申请减掉一些项目？
3.以前在澳洲做过的同学请问体检费用是多少？在网上查是不是下面的两项费用http://www.medibankhealth.com.au ... MHSPtyLtd%202010-11(1).pdf：
Visa Medical Exam including photo  $192.00   
Visa Medical Exam incl. Blood test, X-ray & photo  $303.00
这样加起来要3000多呢好贵呀

我刚刚一个字一个字的读完了diac网站上体检的要求。。。。
可以在澳洲体检的。要提供有效的护照和visa。
体检有效期内的旧visa的体检是可以帮助减掉新visa里对应的体检内容的。
费用不明

谢谢你的帮助。如果能减掉就好了，但是我在Medibank Health Solutions
（澳洲体检唯一的预约中心）的网站看只有他们体检过的才可以免：
if you had a Chest X-Ray as part of a visa medical appointment with Medibank Health Solutions (or Health Services Australia) in the past 12 months.

请问你在移民局网站哪里看到可以减免相应体检项目呢，麻烦给个链接，谢谢！

Current visa holders who apply for a new visa within a certain period of time after being granted their current visa may be able to use the medicals that they completed for their current visa again for their new visa application.

关于When Can I Re-Use My Medicals?这样说的：
Example 1: If you completed a chest x-ray and a medical examination for your student visa application,
you will no longer be able to complete an outstanding HIV test (as required for permanent visas) and
have your previous health examination reports ‘upgraded’ (a new chest x-ray (form 160), medical
examination (form 26) and an HIV test will be required for your permanent visa application).
这是说我以前的结果不能自动升级，还要重新做吧？然后还解释了原因是不想浪费重新评估的时间
These changes are being put in place to ensure that the processing of your permanent visa applications is not
delayed unnecessarily...because health examination reports must be re-assessed by a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC)...This re-assessment process was resulting in processing delays and, in some cases, clients still had to complete new medicals.  

这里说change from 9 November 2009。后面的解释也没有提到学生签证升级永居的情况，感觉好乱啊，我越来越搞不懂了。。

我也看官网的描述了,简单的来说,你就得重新做.依我看很少的情况能re-use的.medibank预约不麻烦的,就是贵啊.但,话说回来了,澳洲什么东西不贵啊.最近香蕉都要11澳刀/kg了!穷死我算了!
