等VIC SMP等的郁闷，看水版的统计贴，算了算坛子里同志们VIC州担保申请的平均用时，参考参考

VIC SS 总申请人次： 58
已被拒人次：24 （41.3%）
正等待人次：23 （39.6%）
已获得人次：11 （18.9%）

其中已经获得担保的幸运儿们，最长用时３０周，最短３周，平均　２０．９周

所以还是继续等吧．．．

他们 承诺的12周， 现在 只剩2天了
你上面统计的里面 有不少人之所以审批时间长， 是因为中间有个 新政， 导致那部分人 都 几十周才下来， 所以 一平均，就得20多周了
我还是 相信， 这个星期 他们应该会给个结果

有的同学是之前就申请的SS，咱们是11月初申请的SMP，时间上不能这么算吧？

给lz提个小建议
算平均时间的时候，是否可以考虑把申请失败的也算上？（除了秒拒的）
感觉这样算样本空间似乎更接近感觉……

还有他们的州政府改选也耽搁了一点时间，话说VIC的事情还真是多啊

刚看国外论坛有发现今天又一个被拒的：


it's monday morning, and the first email i read was from my agent telling me my application wasn't successful

"...we regret to inform you that the Victorian Government is not in a position to sponsor your client... Under the Victorian Government’s program, sponsorship is offered to skilled migrants whose skills and experience are in high demand in the Victorian labour market at the time of assessment. High demand may mean those skilled migrants whose skill sets are hard to come by or are rare and unusual.

During the assessment process the Victorian Government consults with industry representatives in Victoria to determine the demand for an applicant’s qualifications, skills and experience, and whether they have high prospects for employment in their field.

All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

While your client’s occupation meets the eligibility criteria to be considered for state sponsorship, there is not sufficiently high demand for their skills and experience to offer sponsorship at this time.

Note that we would be happy to re-assess your client’s application should they be able to obtain a valid offer of employment in their nominated occupation within Victoria, while their occupation remains eligible to be considered for Victorian Government sponsorship."

i applied nov 5th 2010. a week later, they asked for another copy of the declaration form. then this letter.

按红字的意思，不知道大家的情况是不是够独特捏？

现在就想快点有结果。之前维州官网写的是8周 ，后来改成的12周。所以他们应该已经把审理时间算好的。祈福吧。

抹汗, 如果都有雇主的Offer了,还要你州政府担保? 这VIC太......

12周时间应该要去掉圣诞放假吧。。。

有道理，另外这个礼拜貌似澳洲也有个节日放假的，那说不定都可以拖到下周。。。然后下周维护，说不定可以继续拖，无敌了。。。

本来写这个帖子纯属等待中无聊到蛋疼，发泄一下。考虑到种种因素（大选，新政，各种假日，洪水，etc.），这个统计的误差早就到了不可接受的程度。不过看今天不少同志收到的VIC道歉信，看来平均20.9周还真不是耸人听闻阿，维州诚不欺我啊，哈哈

不信大家就等着看吧...
