雅思成绩单需要在IEA职业评估申请表递交后再发送么？

因为IEA认证需要雅思成绩，所以一直没有准备职业评估。现在雅思终于通过了，想请问成绩单在评估申请表递交前可以发送么？

For Methods of Payment, see either;- Migration Skills Assessment booklet (downloadable from the site www.engineersaustralia.org.au), Section D, item 2.- the method of Payment section on the attached Application Form.- the attached pdf document for payment details. There are four options; Bank Draft, Cheque, International Money Order or Credit Card. If you have difficulty with the four options, please get back to us. Credit card details should include;Credit card type: (Bankcard-Australian only, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express).Credit card number:Name on credit card:Expiry date:Amount:

Thank you for prompt reply.
Should I provide any mark or some sorts of number to EA in order to match my TRF to my application? Is it acceptable that I just provide my RTF number in my application?   
Futhermore, another query, How is the process to use my credit card to pay for the assessment fee? Is it just write down my card number on application form for MSA, and sign on it?

Dear Madam/sir:  
I am a Chinese citizen who is going to apply Engineering Australia's (EA) occupation assessment. In request of EA qualification, I would attend IELTS.  Is it acceptable that my IELTS test report form, coming directly from the test center, arrives to EA ahead of my application form for occupation assessment? Please advice me. If not, I will have to change my schedule for IELTS test.

楼主应该在雅思报名的时候把地址填上，不管通不通过，IEA都会帮你保留的。。。
当你通过的时候，你立即把材料寄过去，他们自己会MATCH的，不会错的。

现在成绩出来了，申请重寄一份吧
