I wanna ask why we have so many frecking spammers on FreeOZ?

They annoy the HELL out of me - how come the admin don't ban the user IDs thatare KNOWN to be spammers? IP banning/ use 验证码 are also good means for reducing the number of spam on the forums.

一般版主只有封人的权限，但没有删除其他板块帖子的权限，所以很多时候就只能让它在那挂着了

国内用户大部分都是ADSL的动态IP，封IP不仅起不到作用，而且还会伤及无辜。 只能有劳大家及时报告了.

It's a crush of the phonetic of that 'Ef" word, used here so as to reduce the offensiveness of the Ef word.

It can also be spelt Frakking, etc
