讨论新的POINT TEST下，对offshore申请人的影响。

通过分数线65p
一个典型的中国offshore申澳者：
1. 年龄25-32， 30p
2. IELTS 4个6， 0p
3. 5年工作经验， 10p
4. Bachelor or Master‘s degree  15p
5. 社区语言 5p
总计60p
若是年龄以及工作经验偏出，总分会不够60p，若是闪闪发光的PHD以及IELTS 4*7 or above， 加分。

可选分数：
1. 州担保 5p
2. IELES 4*7  10p
3. 配偶（伟大的老公/老婆）  5p
4. 偏远地区 10p
关于Professional Year, offshore是拿不到这5分的。PY是个机构，负责收钱，并安排onshore毕业生玩一年来claim一年的工作经验（俺也是个有工作经验的人了！），又称职业年，当然主要是为了收钱。。。。
关于社区语言，据说NAATI有了新要求，光用清华认证的学位和成绩单已经不能申请了。具体要看NAATI的网站。

悲观的看法：
IF (明年7月就完全采用这套打分系统 AND 社区语言的5分不容易拿），THEN 澳洲的移民大门对很多人来说就等于关闭了。因为这套打分系统会将申请人逼入4个7的绝路。。
今后大家在关注ACS，EA，CPA之类的同时，可能不得不关注NAATI。。。。
年初的SOL把翻译踢出了列表，NAATI显然起毛了要求分钱。。。。我猜的。不过这样的话，社区语言那5分很可能也就是出笔钱与等几个月的问题。。。

大致应该就是这样

简而言之，可以是考出4个7的 3年工作者。。
或者4个6的的 5年工作者+配偶加分

嗯，也许可以更简单点。就是71后递交的175筒子们，绝大部分都会差5分，必须申请州担保，雅思4*7，或者配偶分。

71后申请到州担保的32+的176筒子们，在新的point test下，分数是不够的。

唯一值得安慰的是这个打分系统明年7月执行。

应该是。
IMMI 提到regional 的地方一般都是指偏远地区。。。
但我不是100%确定。

这句话还算是个亮点吧?
32岁还比较合理,一般人如果读个master,工作几年很容易就过30了.

Will the new points test change the evidence required to claim points for community language?

Points for designated language will no longer be able to be claimed on the basis of having obtained a qualification from a university where instruction was in that language.

不晓得，得去NAATI的网站看。。。别弄得跟又评了个EA或者ACS似的就行了。。。

不过很可能会像评估职业一样评估语言。。。也说不好。。。

算了一下，我家主申的确定得分是60，要过及格线必须有州担保或者配偶加分；
我的确定得分是70（含配偶加分），要是加上州担保就是75，但是我的职业不在G3。。。

NAATI官网上的

Recognition of fluency in a designated language for the purpose of gaining five
bonus points for migration to Australia may be achieved two ways:
1.Completion of a qualification equivalent to an Australian degree gained from a
university where the language of instruction was the same as the designated
language for which you are claiming fluency.
If this is your situation you only need to submit to the Department of
Immigration and Citizenship, a certified copy of your qualification with your
application for migration, claiming the 5 bonus points on this basis. You may
need to obtain a statement from the university verifying that the language of
instruction was the designated language for which you are claiming fluency.
2.Obtaining NAATI accreditation as a Professional Translator or Professional
Interpreter in your designated language and English.
NAATI accreditation may be obtained by sitting a test which represents a much
higher level of skill than simple language fluency. It requires near native
fluency and comprehension in English and your other language as well as highly
developed translating or interpreting skills.
If you wish to pursue the testing option, please contact NAATI’s National Office in
Canberra.

明年7月，离现在还早着呢，对现在的申请人没有影响啊，也没必要按照新的打分系统算分数，不用太紧张吧

是不是2011.7.1之前的申请，都会按照旧的poin
test来执行判定？
