When can you apply for a permanent visa?
You can apply for a permanent visa after you have:

1、lived for two (2) years in a Specified Regional Area and worked, including being self-employed, for one (1) year in these same areas.

2、obtained sponsorship under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.
以上第二点是不是这样说的啊？之前不是说递887的时候是不需要提交州担保的吗？现在这样说是不是需要了呢？请高手指明。谢谢
