请教楼主，457签证的雅思要求是多少分？

英语技能证明（等同于雅思测试每项都要超过5分），根据法规有豁免的除外。如需更多信息，请参阅 www.immi.gov.au/skilled/skilled-workers/changes-eng-req.htm;
职业分类开头是1～3的豁免英语成绩，但是chefs (ASCO 3322-11) and head chefs (ASCO 3322-01)除外，也就是说这两个职业还是需要英语成绩的。

457工作签证可以转PR的。但好像对公司有一定的要求。其中转PR是不需要2年457的。具体有3个条件。满足其中一个就够了。

请问457签证对担保公司的资质具体有什么要求？

根据我们的研究，其实是没有具体要求的，只是需要真实运营的公司就可以了，不可以是皮包公司。CO对于这个，其实是考虑公司担保职员过去工作的真实性。所以雇主的商业计划，营运状况和雇佣关系是CO考察的重点。

Please be advised that the equivalent terms of employment statement provided is unsatisfactory. Your company is responsible for demonstrating that the   necessary research has been conducted regarding the salary package and provide evidence of equivalent job advertisements in Brisbane or industry award tables. Your company will also need to consider that the nominee will be paying Australian tax at Australian taxation rates and therefore the gross amount provided is quite low for a managing director position.

I will leave it with you to provide the further requested information.

个人经历有点和楼主的相似，同是176亲属担保(同样遥遥无期)，同样IT经理（同样懊悔当年怎么没有评个CSL的网络工程师），同样在另想办法，打算重新评一个职业走SMP的道路。。。
457应该不同于雇主担保吧？

同为457的来顶一下楼主。给雇主干满2年可以让雇主做ENS 856 PR，很快;-)

记得让你的公司买个好的私人医疗保险，这个很重要。HBA Oversea Visitors Cover比Medicare还管用。

BTW: 俺持有过两个不同的457签证;-)

Further to my below email, please provide evidence that you and your dependents have purchased health insurance to your intended stay in Australia. Scanned copies of the insurance policy are acceptable. You may purchase the insurance from either a Chinese or Australian provider.

You and your dependents will also need to complete a health examination at a panel doctor of your choice. You and your wife will need to complete form 160 and your child will need to complete form 26. Once these requirements are fulfilled I will be able to finalise your application.
