最新DIAC优先级不要等SMP出来

根据维州最新的官方消息,
If your sponsorship application is currently in process, and your occupation is on DIAC's Skilled Occupation List (SOL), your application will be finalised now. This is because these applications are currently receiving Priority 2 processing by DIAC while no State Migration Plan is in place.
目前在SOL洲担保的不需要SMP出来, 已经是优先级2.
所以目前别的州如西澳,南澳,昆洲估计都是这样处理的.

Hi,

I believe you are confused, and please distinguish the difference bt the sponsorship application and the visa application since they are different.

According to your info., I guess it is the sponsorship application, is not the visa application.

我不这么认为。因为楼主是已经拿到担保后收到的这封信，正常情况下楼主还需要转smp，但现在人家说已经是了，不用转了。而且如果是sponsorship application，没必要提到移民局吧，这是州政府的是啊。

貌似不太可能，至少之前没有这么执行，而就在smp即将出来的时候，现在却把以前的176又重新排到s3前面，之后过不了几天（按照其他同学提供的信息，这个时间短到几乎不可能批下来几个case）又根据新的smp再排一次序，移民局不会吃饱了撑的，除非smp遥遥无期。另外，这个应该维洲说了不算，不知道是不是他们猜的，至少移民局官网上并没有看到说目前的176+s3是第二优先级。

If your occupation is not on the SOL, you will be advised of the outcome of your application once the State Migration Plan is in place.

Due to the federal election, the Victorian Government State Migration Plan will be implemented after 1 November 2010.

新sol的很多职业应该都能入选SMP，可能vic目前的担保职业都将入选未来的SMP列表，所以重新排序并不会太矛盾，无非就是回复到7.1前的情形

现在还有一种新的解读：因为没有SMP所以S3是事实上的Priority2。但前段时间“finalfantasy”同学贴出来的一封信里有一句类似的话：
“This is because these applicants will receive Priority 2 processing while no State Migration Plan is in place. This is the same level of priority that will apply when the Plan is in place.”说明这应该是真正的第二优先级。

如果回想一下最近几个月SMP跳票的历史，每次跳票几乎都是维州先出消息然后南澳西澳跟进，无论是推迟到8月、9月、10月还是11月都是如此。看起来vic很愿意透露些内情甚至是了解有些小道消息的
最近08年积压的申请的处理明显放缓会不会是移民局正在对优先级作讨论呢？

回楼上，俺属于个人猜测，话说smp又推后现在也只是说到11月，尽管不排除再继续推后，不过总的来说时间仍然是不长。之前批准的同学基本还是按照s3加日期先后排序，“现在还有一种新的解读：因为没有SMP所以S3是事实上的Priority2。”这个比较符合目前实际。如果执行了176+s3走第二优先，那么前面的顺序应该有所变化了。我们是09年1月拿到wa后交的176，到目前反正没有消息，实话说出不出smp其实无所谓了，老老实实按照s3，只要保证都能批完大家就都给移民局烧香了。

Hi,

Please do not try to guess the tread of DIAC since this will misconduct others. As known, DIAC is one department of Australia gonvernment. Therefore, every decision is made based on the ACT 1945 and will benefit one group. The priority? Do you believe is it fare? I disagree. However, I will support it if it is beneficial for me.

BTW, S3 is not the priority 2. The 176 with the occupation on the new SOL maybe given the priority 2, according the hints from the VIC.

没有SMP也就没有priority2！
没有priority2的时候priority3就是priority2！有些人觉得VIC的最新公告里的priority2指的其实是priority3
当然这是部分TX的猜测。我也说了，“finalfantasy”同学贴出来的一封信里的一句话已经否定了这一观点！
