ACT就SMP有进展了！不知类似情况的176同学有没有收到？来自国外论坛的消息

9月底收到ACT的邮件，说是SMP要出台，让我们这些已经lodge的176申请者重申一下commitment。不知道这封信意味着什么？大家来评评。。。

我已经回信了，但愿能够被列入SMP吧，早日毕业。

和同学们共勉。

附来信如下：

Dear ###，



Your skilled migration 176/886 visa application was nominated by the ACT Government on 02.10.2009. As you may be aware, under the proposed State Migration Plan, the ACT Government will have a limited number of visa applicants that we can nominate each year. Therefore we are reviewing all ACT Government nominations for 176/886 Sponsorship approved since September 2007, as we need to ensure that all applicants who have lodged their visa with Immigration:



·         have reasonable employment prospects given the changed economic circumstances since time of lodgement; and

·          are still committed to living in Canberra for at least two years from visa grant.



We would like you to demonstrate that your skills and experience are still in demand in Canberra by providing evidence of research into suitable positions currently being advertised in the ACT; and confirm that you are still committed to live and work in Canberra for at least two years from visa grant.



The confirmation must be emailed to: businessmigration@act.gov.au within 28 days of date of this email.



If we do not hear back from you within 28 days, we will assume that you are no longer committed to coming to Canberra and we will inform the Department of Immigration and Citizenship that the ACT’s nomination of your application is withdrawn.

我是8月递交担保的，目前还没任何mail。ACT说在10月公开SMP，估计下周，快了。。。

实在是不敢确定，因为在我前面WA的担保人数很多。我估计WA的名额能有2500个左右吧，不知道我能不能排得上啊。

今天耐不住又给ACT去信询问，
说是hopefully11月会出SMP。
但愿早日打上Priority 2 快车

听闻最新消息，凡是现在被ACT担保的，肯定能进SMP，在今年的配额之内。

我也听说这个消息了。

今天收到州政府的信，说是ACT的SMP计划出来啦，还附了列表。并且表示：


All Canberra clients who were recently reconfirmed will now receive priority 2 processing from DIAC.   Our new clients will also receive priority 2 when they lodge with DIAC


一激动，赶紧去查了DIAC的处理情况，结果什么动静也没有。

还要等多久啊，淡定淡定淡定。。。

有没有消息 之前申请的ACT的州担保,现在还没有拿到结果的Case他们还会处理吗？SMP会合176类别共同存在吗？

你没有收到ACT政府要求你confirm的邮件吗？

应该是confirm之后他们接受，就是当smp审理了
