请问电签175可以用FORM26和FORM160吗？

电签175体检，但是TRN里的26EH和160EH下载不了。请问是否可以用纸签的体检表也就是F26和F160去替代？
因为看到移民局网站里说：Online applications
Online visa applicants should use either Form 26EH and/or Form 160EH. These will be made available to you electronically as part of your online application process. Forms 26EH and 160EH will have your basic details and transaction reference number automatically printed on them.
Note: Do not use Forms 26 or 160 if you are applying online from outside Australia as this may result in delays in processing your application.

Exception: Applicants applying for a General Skilled Migration visa in Australia, will need to use form 26 and/or form 160 as they are required to undergo a medical examination before they lodge the application.

Applicants applying online for a Student Visa within Australia should use forms 26 and 160 as electronic forms (Forms 26EH and 160EH) are not available within onshore applications.

再重复一下我的问题：电签175因为trn的界面里不能下载和打印EH26和EH160的体检表，是否可以打印F26和F160替代？两者的区别在于EH的表格是有已经填写好的个人信息，F的需要手填。
